Rei777 Terms & Conditions – User Rules and Rights

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" – The full suite of Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other features made available by rei777 at rei777.best, including the mobile browser version.
• "User" – Any individual aged 18 or over who registers and uses rei777's services, identified by a valid and unique CPF.
• "Account" – The User's individual profile on rei777, including real balance, bonus balance, betting history, and transaction history.
• "Real Balance" – Funds deposited by the User or won through bets, available for immediate withdrawal via Pix.
• "Bonus Balance" – Credits granted through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover" – Minimum betting volume required to convert bonus balance into real-money balance.
• "Event" – A match, fight, championship, or other competition on which the User may place bets on the Platform.
• "Odd" – The multiplier that determines the return on a winning bet at rei777.

2 Eligibility and Access Restrictions

To create and maintain an active account on rei777, the User must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be an individual aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Reside and be located in Brazilian territory at the time of each bet.
• Have Valid and active CPF with the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program, whether at rei777 or through any other betting exclusion system.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of rei777 or its technology partners.

Platform access may be automatically blocked for users connecting from regions where betting activity is expressly prohibited by local law. It is not rei777's responsibility to inform the User of the specific laws applicable in their local jurisdiction beyond national territory.

3 User Account

Each User may hold only a single account at rei777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using a different email, a different CPF, or any other method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all identified accounts, with balances frozen pending the conclusion of the investigation.

The User is solely responsible for:

• Keep the password confidentiality to access the account.
• Ensure that no third party accesses or uses the account on your behalf.
• Immediately notify rei777 support if you detect suspicious access, a compromised password, or any unrecognized activity on your account.
• Keep your registration details up to date up to date and accurate, including email, phone number, and linked banking details.

Rei777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's failure to keep their credentials secure. Under no circumstances will the rei777 team ask for your password through any communication channel.

Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) may be requested at any time, particularly before processing higher-value withdrawals. Documents typically required include: a photo ID (national ID card or driver's license), proof of address, and in some cases proof of ownership of the Pix key used for the withdrawal.

4 Deposits

Rei777 accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively available for Brazilian users:

• Pix – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, credited in seconds, available 24 hours a day.
• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo) – minimum deposit of R$ 30.00, credited within up to 5 minutes.
• PicPay – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, instant credit.
• Mercado Pago – minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, instant credit.
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) – minimum deposit of R$ 30.00, credited within up to 2 business days after payment.
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others) – minimum deposit of R$ 50.00, same-day credit for TED transfers sent by 5 PM.

Deposits made from third-party bank accounts — not belonging to the registered User — may be returned and the account may be suspended for investigation. rei777 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any deposit.

The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is automatically applied to your first deposit, regardless of the payment method used — no coupon code needed. Specific bonus terms are described in Section 8 of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at rei777 are processed exclusively via Pix, to a key registered to a bank account held by the same CPF linked to the User's platform account.

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00
• Maximum withdrawal per request: R$ 20,000.00
• Weekly withdrawal limit (standard account): R$ 50,000.00
• Processing time: up to 30 minutes after the request
• Withdrawal fee: free
• Availability: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Users may request as many withdrawals as they wish within the weekly limits applicable to their account tier. VIP Club members (Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels) have differentiated weekly limits communicated directly by the rei777 team.

Rei777 may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals. If fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, the withdrawal may be held for up to 15 business days while the investigation is conducted, with formal notice provided to the User.

6 Sports Betting

Rei777 offers Sports Betting markets for football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Série B, and others), MMA and UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, Free Fire), basketball (NBB and international leagues), volleyball, tennis, and other sports available on the Platform.

Specific rules for betting:

• Confirmed bets are final and non-reversible upon system confirmation, except in cases of a manifest odds error (see below).
• Live odds may be changed or suspended at any point during an event, depending on how the match unfolds.
• In the event of cancelled or postponed event by more than 24 hours from the originally scheduled date, the bets are cancelled and the amount is returned to the User's balance.
• In the event of event abandonment — when it is not completed —, bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport published on the Platform.
• Bets with obvious odds error — odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — may be cancelled by rei777 with a full refund of the wagered amount to the User's balance.

Rei777 does not accept bets from users who hold privileged information about the event in question, including athletes, referees, club staff, or anyone with access to non-public information. Detection of this behavior results in immediate account closure and balance freeze.

The minimum bet is R$ 2.00 per market. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the market, the event, and the User's account tier. rei777 reserves the right to limit individual bets without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspicious betting patterns.

7 Live Casino & Games

The rei777 casino features live games with real dealers (Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and more), slots, crash games, and other casino formats available on the Platform. All games are provided by internationally licensed and audited technology providers.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game information section within the Platform.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-time live dealer action, depending on the game type.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live hand or round, the system applies the default action for that situation and the result is recorded. rei777 is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the User's end.
• Attempts to exploit technical flaws in games — including the use of bots, automated scripts, or bug exploitation — will result in immediate account closure and balance retention pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum bets in casino games vary by table and game type. In Classic Live Blackjack, the minimum bet is R$ 5.00 and the maximum is R$ 2,500.00 per hand; these limits may differ in variants such as VIP, Speed, or Free Bet.

8 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

Rei777 offers bonuses and promotions subject to the conditions published on the Platform's Promotions page. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. 5x rollover on the bonus amount. 30 days to complete the rollover. Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100% toward the rollover. Live Casino games contribute 20% per BRL wagered.
• Weekly cashback: Percentage applied to net losses from the previous week, credited every Monday. The percentage varies according to the User's VIP Club level.
• Live Casino bonus (R$ 50.00): Granted on first access to the Live Casino section. 8x rollover. Valid for 7 days.

Rei777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with 48 hours' notice to users who already have that promotion active. Bonuses granted due to a technical error may be cancelled, with the equivalent real-money balance returned to the User.

The rei777 VIP Club has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative bet volume and the criteria published on the Platform. rei777 VIP Club benefits include higher withdrawal limits, enhanced cashback, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive promotions.

9 User Conduct and Prohibited Use

The User agrees to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts or multiple registrations).
• Using third-party information for registration, deposits, or withdrawals.
• Betting with insider information on events (insider betting).
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit odds inconsistencies (systematic arbitrage) in a way that is detrimental to rei777.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technology that simulates human behavior on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit platform flaws, bugs, or technical errors for undue financial gain.
• Conducting financial transactions that constitute money laundering or any other illegal activity under Brazilian law.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward rei777 support team members.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, preventive balance freeze, and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable.

10 Limitation of Liability

Rei777 makes every effort to keep the Platform continuously available and stable. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for:

• Losses resulting from technical instability, scheduled maintenance, or incidents beyond the Platform's control.
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User based on incorrect information obtained from sources outside rei777.
• Financial losses beyond the balance deposited by the User on the Platform.
• Connection failures on the User's end during live betting or casino game sessions.

Rei777 does not offer credit, loans, or any form of betting financing. Users may only bet using the available balance in their account, and a negative balance is not possible.

Betting involves the real risk of financial loss. rei777 advises that betting should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or investment. The User bears sole responsibility for amounts wagered and any resulting financial consequences.

11 Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

The processing of personal data by rei777 is governed by the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). rei777 collects and processes only the data necessary to:

• Identity and eligibility verification (CPF, date of birth, photo ID).
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals (banking details, Pix key).
• Account communications (email, mobile).
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Platform experience improvement (usage data, preferences).

User data is never sold to third parties. Sharing with technology partners occurs only to the extent required to operate the Platform, under confidentiality agreements and in full compliance with the LGPD.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

The User may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via chat or WhatsApp. Any available real balance will be refunded via Pix to the registered key within up to 5 business days of the request.

Rei777 may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same User.
• Proven fraud in deposits, withdrawals, bets, or bonus use.
• Activity that constitutes money laundering or financial crime.
• Using bots or automation on the Platform.
• False registration information or unverifiable documentation.

If rei777 closes the account without any breach by the User, the real balance is returned in full. If the closure is due to fraud or a serious violation of these Terms, the balance may be held for up to 60 days pending investigation, with formal notice to the User and, where applicable, to the relevant authorities.

13 Changes to These Terms

Rei777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date shown as "Last updated" at the top of this page.

Registered users will be notified by email of relevant changes with at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

If you disagree with any change, you must close your account before the new conditions take effect. In that case, your real balance will be returned as described in Section 12.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform, the jurisdiction of the District of São Paulo – SP is hereby elected, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Rei777 operates in compliance with the gambling regulations in force in Brazil, including the fixed-odds Sports Betting regulatory framework established by Law No. 14,790/2023 and supplementary legislation.
